Every Sunborn Organics product contains three or fewer completely natural, recognizable ingredients, derived from plants or animals. No fillers, no preservatives, no synthetic additives, and no greenwashing!

3. Can I use these products while pregnant or nursing?

Yes! All of our ingredients are edible and completely pregnancy and baby safe, so you can use them with confidence during this special time.

4. How do I use your products, and in what order should I apply them?

Start with our Cleansing Oil, then apply serums (like Brightening or Firming), followed by creams (like Antioxidant or Rejuvenating). If you're using tallow, apply it last to seal everything in. Give each product 30-60 seconds to absorb before the next. All of our products can be used morning and evening, and layer beautifully under makeup or alongside your existing routine!

5. How long until I see results?

Most customers notice a difference in skin texture and hydration within the first 1-2 weeks. For anti-aging benefits like firmness and fine lines, give it about 4 weeks since that's how long skin cell turnover takes. Of course, everyone's skin is a little different!

6. Where do you source your ingredients?

We carefully source the highest quality ingredients from trusted suppliers and use USDA organic whenever possible. Our finished products are also third-party lab tested for purity.

7. My product arrived frozen or melted. Is it still okay?

Yes, no worries at all! Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients that handle temperature changes beautifully. If frozen, let it return to room temperature naturally. If melted, simply pop it in the refrigerator for a few hours until it firms back up. The quality and effectiveness won't be affected one bit.

8. How should I store my products, and what's the shelf life?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our products are best used within 6 months of opening for optimal freshness and effectiveness.

9. What is your return policy?

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If you have any issues with your order, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
