If a product isn't working for you, reach out while it's still lightly used, and we'll take care of the rest.

How it works

  1. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know you'd like a refund.
  2. We'll reply with simple instructions for sending your products back to us.
  3. Once your return reaches us, we'll refund your order to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

A few details to know

  • Returns are welcome whether your product is unopened or lightly used. To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, products that are heavily or mostly used up aren't eligible for a refund.
  • The 30 days begin when your order is delivered.
  • Your refund goes back to your original payment method.
  • We do not cover return shipping. You are free to use one of our prepaid labels or ship it back to the address we provide using your own shipping label.
  • For sets and bundles, please send the full set back together.
  • Gift cards, final-sale, and clearance items aren't included.
