RETURN TERMS

By submitting this return request, you agree to these Return Terms. They are part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and process. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers purchases made on sunbornorganics.com. The 30 days begin when your order is delivered. Products may be returned unopened or lightly used; products that are heavily or mostly used up are not eligible for a refund. Sets and bundles must be returned complete. Gift cards, final-sale, and clearance items are not included. Return shipping is not covered: you may use one of our prepaid labels, in which case the label cost is deducted from your refund, or ship the product to the address we provide using your own label. Once your return reaches us, we refund your original payment method, usually within a few business days. If we offer, and you accept, store credit in place of a return, that credit is your refund for the order. If you bought through another retailer, that retailer's return policy applies.

2. Accurate information. You confirm that the information you provide about your order, the product, how it was used, and your reason for returning it is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. If we ask, you will provide the lot code printed on the package.

3. Product handling and examination. Please return the product in its original container without altering it. We, or a laboratory or manufacturer we choose, may examine or test returned products. Your refund does not depend on the results. If you are reporting a skin reaction, please keep the product and its packaging until we confirm the return is complete, because they may need to be examined.

4. Skin reactions and health information. Our products are cosmetics, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you or your child experienced a reaction, stop using the product and consult a healthcare provider. Nothing we say in connection with your return is medical advice. We may contact you with follow-up questions about a reported reaction, and we may report the information you provide to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where the law requires it.

5. Directions and patch test. You acknowledge that the product's directions and full ingredient list were available on the package and on our website, including the recommendation to patch test before first use and to stop using the product if irritation occurs.

6. Refund as full settlement of purchase-related claims. In exchange for the refund or store credit, you agree that it fully satisfies any claim you may have for the price you paid for the returned product, including any claim that the product did not perform as described or was not as advertised. This settlement covers only money claims relating to the returned product's price or description for this order. It does not release any claim for personal injury, and it does not limit any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. No admission. Accepting a return or issuing a refund is not an admission that a product was defective or that any claim is valid.

8. Your reviews and your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your right to post an honest review of our products or to contact any government agency.

9. Dispute resolution. Any dispute arising from your purchase, the product, or this return is subject to the binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 16 of our Terms of Service, available at https://sunbornorganics.com/policies/terms-of-service. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing support@sunbornorganics.com with your name and order number. New Hampshire law governs these terms, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement.

10. Privacy. Information you provide, including photos, is handled under our Privacy Policy.
